ExtraGuard® - Data Recovery Service

How To Obtain Service:

Step 1:Note the serial number and part number of your service (See front cover of your Service Registration Card). As well as the serial and part number of your Notebook (See label affixed on the bottom of your Notebook).

Prepare to describe the problem. Have your notebook ready for remote diagnosis.

Step 2: In Australia, contact CBL Data Recovery Technologies on 1800 287 225.
In New Zealand, contact the Toshiba Service Centre on 0800 445 439.

A technical support representative will confirm your Data Recovery Service entitlement and ask you a series of questions to determine the cause of your data loss situation and will guide you through the recovery process.
