Q: Which Data Recovery Service do I need for my Notebook?
A: If your Notebook has 3 year Toshiba warranty you can purchase Data Recovery Service-3 Year. If your Notebook has 1 year Toshiba warranty you can purchase Data Recovery Service-1 Year or Extended Warranty -2 Year combined with Data Recovery Service-3 Year.

Q: When can I purchase this service?
A:This service can be purchased within 30 days from the Notebook’s purchase date.

Q: Will the terms and conditions of my Toshiba warranty be affected by the purchase of the Data Recovery Service?
A: This service is supplemental to the Toshiba warranty. It does not change the Toshiba standard warranty terms and conditions.

Q: Can I purchase this service for a School Notebook Access Program (SNAP) Notebook?
A: Yes, Data Recovery Service is available for SNAP Notebooks.

Q: I have just purchased the Data Recovery Service, what do I do next?
A: You need to complete the registration form and return to us by mail within 14 days of purchase to activate service.
