Q: I am a reseller, can I provide my customer with a solution which combines our value added services and Toshiba’s services products  (eg: we provide asset tagging and roll-out service, on Toshiba Notebooks with the Extraguard service and warranty option) ?
A: Yes you can, however please be aware that Toshiba’s obligation to deliver the services is as per terms and conditions of the Toshiba service program purchased, and it is not varied by any other services agreement stipulated between you and your customer.

Q: How does purchasing the ExtraGuard service and warranty product change the customer’s Notebook warranty?
A: It does not. The ExtraGuard service and warranty product is supplemental to the standard warranty and generally provides a higher level of service or greater service coverage beyond the standard warranty, however this agreement does not change the terms and conditions of the Notebook’s standard limited warranty.
