Q: Where can I purchase the NBD On-site Service?.
A: You can purchase this service from any Toshiba Authorised Reseller, or call the Toshiba Sales Centre on 13 30 70 (Australia) or 0800 441 615 (New Zealand).
Q: Who provides this service?
A: This service is provided by Toshiba MobileCare or selected Authorised Service Providers.
Q: Which NBD On-site Service do I need for my Notebook?
A: For compatibility with your Notebook, click here.
Q: When can I purchase this service?
A: This service must be purchased within 30 days of the Notebook’s new purchase.
Q: Will the terms and conditions of my Toshiba warranty be affected by the purchase of the NBD On-site Service?
A: This service is supplemental to the Toshiba warranty. It does not change the Toshiba standard warranty terms and conditions.
Q: Can I purchase this service for a School Notebook Access Program (SNAP) Notebook?.
A: No, The NBD On-site Service is not available for SNAP Notebooks.
Q. What is the service level of the next business day onsite service?
A. Within the agreement period, Toshiba will first affect telephone troubleshooting. If the issue is not resolved Toshiba will endeavour to provide next business day response on-site service to your nominated address. If on-site service response is delayed or not possible, a return to depot service with provision of a loan notebook will be offered to assure the service level. Q. What is the Secure Data option ?
A: With this option, you can return your original hard disk drive for security in the event of hard disk warranty failure.
Q. I have just purchased the next business day onsite service, what do I do next?
A: You need to complete the registration form and return to us by mail within 14 days of purchase to activate service. |
