How to obtain service:

Technical support is available Toshiba ISD Support Website. You will find answers to many commonly asked technical questions plus easily downloadable software drivers.

If you need further assistance:

Step 1: Note the serial number and part number of your service (See front cover of your Service Registration Card). As well as the serial and part number of your Notebook (See label affixed on the bottom of your Notebook).

Prepare to describe the system problem. Have your notebook switched on, logged-on and ready for remote diagnosis.

Step 2: Prior to any service or repair, it is recommended that you backup the data that is in your hard drive to avoid potential data loss.

Step 3: Contact the Toshiba Service Centre on 13 30 70 (Australia) or 0800 445 439 (New Zealand) between 7am to 7pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

A technical support representative will guide you through troubleshooting steps and attempt to resolve your system problem.

If your system problem cannot be resolved over the phone and the technical support representative has determined hardware service is required, you will be assisted in selecting the best service option available to you.
